Turn the equity in your home into the cash you need, with instant access and flexible repayment terms. And, unlike credit card interest, home equity interest is often tax deductible. Consult a tax advisor about the deductibility of interest.

Kish Bank Home Equity FlexLine of Credit

Combine the flexibility of a variable rate line of credit with the dependability of a fixed term loan with a 25-year Kish Bank Home Equity FlexLine of Credit.  A FlexLine is an innovative home equity line of credit that gives you the option to convert up to 5 portions of your line into installment loans with fixed terms, fixed rates, and fixed payments.  After a one-time approval process, you can use your line for up to 10 years, allowing you to meet periodic financial needs. Your credit line can be accessed at any time by loan checks, transferring the funds with Kish Bank OnLine Banking, or at a branch, and the funds can be used to pay for just about anything—vehicles, home improvements, college tuition, travel expenses, or debt consolidation. As you repay the loan during the 10-year draw period, funds become available again for your future needs.

The Kish FlexLine is great when you need a little extra cash or protection from occasional overdraft charges.
