Designated Hours for High-Risk and Senior Customers
Beginning December 7, all branches will offer designated lobby hours for high-risk and senior customers between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m. Monday–Friday, by appointment only. High-risk and senior customers may schedule an appointment to conduct their banking needs inside our branch lobbies during these hours by contacting their local branch.

Our Lobbies Have Re-Opened
We are excited to welcome our clients back into our Kish facilities, but unfortunately, we are still far from business as usual. Please see the information below regarding the re-opening of our lobbies.
Kish Bank branch lobbies have re-opened with some restrictions. As we prepare to welcome our customers back through our doors, providing a healthy and safe environment for customers and employees and complying with state requirements remain our top priorities. While we’ve always maintained clean facilities, we are taking extra precautions to minimize the spread of contagious germs, including:
- Requiring face masks upon entering
- You may be asked to briefly remove your mask or any hats or sunglasses so we can confirm your identity
- Customers that do not wish to wear a mask can be fully served at our drive-thru windows
- Team members wearing masks
- Signage and markings indicating the flow of customers into and out of the branches and where individuals should stand to maintain social distancing requirements
- Shields at the teller line for customer and team member protection
- Hand sanitizer available in the lobbies
- Regular sanitization of high-touch areas
- Availability of all services by appointment or at our drive-thru windows to meet customer preferences
Beginning July 11, lobbies at the following locations will be open on Saturdays for banking transactions and scheduled appointments: Belleville, Huntingdon, downtown Lewistown, and State College North Atherton. All other branches will continue to be open for drive-thru-only service on Saturdays.

A Message to Kish Bank Borrowers
COVID-19 RELATED LOAN ASSISTANCE
The invasion of COVID-19 has threatened all of us in one way or another, and Kish Bank recognizes that in addition to physical health, many are paying close attention to their financial health as well. We want to assure our borrowers, both consumer and commercial, that Kish Bank stands ready and willing to provide loan assistance and modifications to those borrowers who have been financially impacted by the spreading COVID-19 virus. Loan customers whose accounts are current and in good standing, with verifiable hardships resulting from COVID-19, may apply for payment deferrals. Regardless of the banking services you may require—loans, deposits, or regular or unusual transactions—Kish Bank is operating and fully capable of meeting your needs. While our branch lobbies are closed to normal traffic to protect the health of our customers and team members, our drive-thrus are available to handle most transactions. We are available for inside appointments when special circumstances or loan closings require personal attention. Social distancing and full sanitization practices will be observed for these appointments. Most importantly, please bear in mind that Kish is ready to do more than you might expect to help you endure the financial stresses that accompany these extraordinarily trying times. Kish Bank to Remain Open
BANKS EXCLUDED FROM STATE CLOSURE
Governor Wolf's announcement regarding the closing of all non-life-sustaining businesses in Pennsylvania as of 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 19, is now in force. We want to clarify to our banking customers that this does not apply to Kish Bank. That conclusion has been supported by a declaration by the PA Department of Banking and Securities: banks and other depository institutions will remain open and are excluded from the closure. Kish Bank will continue to provide full service banking services through all of our drive-thru locations during normal business hours. In addition, we will ensure that Kish Bank ATMs remain fully stocked. Other banking transactions can be accommodated through special arrangements by contacting your relationship manager or branch location. The protocols provided by the CDC for in-branch transactions will be strictly observed. Most importantly, you can be confident that your funds will remain safe, secure, and accessible for the duration of this health emergency.
Service to clients of Kish’s other lines of business—Kish Insurance, Kish Financial Solutions, Kish Benefits Consulting, and Kish Travel—are being maintained through telework capabilities while the physical offices are closed under the Governor’s order. You can continue to reach your relationship manager by calling them directly, or by calling the main number for each business line, found here. Calls to these businesses will be expeditiously triaged to the appropriate financial service professional. Please understand that call volumes may increase, so your patience will be appreciated.

EFFECTIVE THURSDAY, MARCH 19: DRIVE-THRU SERVICE ONLY
In an effort to continue to provide full service to our clients while protecting you and our employees, as of Thursday, March 19, we will be conducting all branch transactions through our drive-thru windows. We continue to encourage you to take advantage of the many ways you can access your accounts and conduct banking transactions as detailed below.
For circumstances requiring branch access, such as safe deposit boxes, account openings, loan closings, or other special circumstances, please call your branch to coordinate an appointment. Branch phone numbers can be found on our Locations & Hours page.
