Community Commitment

At Kish, meaningful community engagement is a core value and strategic priority.  We believe in the power of individuals to come together to make a positive difference.

Kish works in partnership with not-for-profit organizations that improve the quality of life where our clients and employees live and work. The partnership is demonstrated not only in the form of financial contributions, but also through employee volunteer hours dedicated to helping friends and neighbors. Every Kish employee is provided up to twenty-four hours (or three days) of paid-time-off each year to support volunteerism in their community.

"Perhaps our actions might inspire others to consider what enlightened leadership can accomplish, in families, in communities, or in companies like ours, striving to be the very best neighbors and partners we can be."

—William P. Hayes, Kish Bank Chairman and CEO
