A Change is Coming...

There have been recent changes in federal banking regulations that pertain to overdraft protection, and Kish Bank wants you to understand your options so you can make an informed decision regarding your account.

Beginning August 15, 2010, courtesy overdraft protection will only be available if you agree, or "opt-in," to this protection, as we are now required by law to obtain your permission before we can continue to cover ATM and one-time debit card transactions.  There is no fee to opt-in, but should you choose not to opt-in, ATM and one-time debit card transactions that would normally overdraw your account will be declined at the time of withdrawal or purchase.
