Kish Bank OnLine Banking protects your privacy in two ways. First
it creates a secure connection between your personal computer (PC)

Online Loan Payments
You can make payments to your Kish Bank installment and mortgage
loans right on the internet. Kish Bank's OnLine Loan Payment service
offers you the flexibility to transfer funds from your checking
or savings account and apply those funds to your installment or
mortgage loan. Read the section below to find out more:
How does it work?
First, if you have recently (after May 19, 2003) activated your
account for OnLine Banking, you must pre-authorize your accounts
for funds transfer by completing a request form at your local branch.
You will be able to select which account you would like to transfer
FROM (checking, savings or line-of credit) and which accounts you
would like to transfer TO (which will now include any installment
loan or mortgage loan accounts that are active). Enter the amount
you would like to transfer and when the transfer payment should
be paid. You can also choose to have your transfer processed immediately
or on a specific future date. For transfers that use the current
date as the transfer date, the funds will transfer immediately.
For future dated transfers, the funds will transfer in the early
morning of that date.
How will the funds be applied to the loans?
Mortgage Loans: If the transfer is for the exact amount of
the payment due, it will be applied to satisfy the payment. If the
amount is more than the current payment due, the excess funds will
be applied to the loan principle. If the amount transferred is less
that what is due, and the payment currently due has not been satisfied,
the funds will be held in an unapplied funds status until funds
sufficient to make the payment are transferred. If the amount transferred
is less than a regular payment, and the current payment due has
been satisfied, the funds will be applied to the principal balance.
Installment Loans: Any funds transferred are
applied to payments due. If the funds transferred exceed the payment
due amount, the excess is applied to future payments.
Lines of Credit: Funds transferred to a Line
of Credit Account will be used to meet any current payment due.
Any funds transferred that are in excess of the current payment
due will be applied toward principle. Any funds transferred that
do not meet the total amount due will be held until sufficient funds
are transferred to meet the payment obligation. These types of incomplete
payments will not change the due date for the total payment.
How will I know that the payment has been successful?
You will receive a message that states "Thank you. Your transaction
ID id #########." The transaction ID is how the payment can be traced
and it is a good idea to make note of the information until you
verify that the payment was applied correctly.
How will it be reflected in my account? Transactions
will be reflected your deposit accounts immediately and in your
loan account in the next business day.
What should I do with my payment stubs?
The stubs are not needed by the bank if you choose to make your
payment electronically.
